The Quantum PLC module uses modern large-scale integrated circuit technology, manufactured through strict production processes. The advanced two-machine hot-standby system features simple configuration and convenient operation. Through two identically configured module sets forming primary and secondary systems, the host CPU handles program operations and I/O communication while updating the standby CPU's status and data via the hot standby module. The standby machine monitors the host's running status and immediately switches to host mode if a failure occurs, with switching time not exceeding one PLC scanning cycle to maintain uninterrupted logic operations.
